Policy on Returns and Refunds

If you're not completely happy with the things you received, we're sorry to hear it and will gladly accept returns for most items that are still in brand-new condition within 30 days of delivery. Please use our website's customer service department and let them know the item(s) and why you want to return them. Please repackage the returned item(s) in their original packaging after obtaining our return instructions. Deliver your parcel to the neighbourhood post office. When we receive your delivery, most returns are handled within 1-3 business days.

Return Requirements

If you need to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with us within 30 days after delivery. You have 30 days to decide if an item is appropriate for you. Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, pants, event and party supplies, DIY goods, pet supplies, beauty products, and accessories are among the things that cannot be exchanged or returned (except scarves and bags). Items being returned must be unopened and in their original packaging. Any item that has been used, damaged, washed, or changed in any way is not acceptable for return. Free gifts and anything marked "non-returnable" cannot be exchanged or returned. Items that have been sent back without the required return authorization are not accepted by us.

Freight to Collect (FTC) service is not something we do for packages that are returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for the returns. Before sending out your returns, kindly double-check them. Returning non-SisterParty merchandise is not our responsibility. The first shipment charge and the shipping promise cannot be refunded. Please get in touch with customer support for a refund or exchange if you selected the incorrect size for personal reasons and include images.

Please get in touch with our customer service; we'll provide you with a return address and respond to you as soon as we can. Sending a return to the address on your package is not advised. SUBSTITUTION –

When the buyer asks for a quote, if such a request is made, or if no request for a quote is made, and the customer places an order with Our Company, the buyer must expressly state that no substitution is permitted if the buyer would not accept a substitute.

Terms of Payment:

The discount only applies to the material's invoiced value (not to taxes or freight charges). If the buyer's financial situation merits it, Our Business maintains the right to demand upfront payment or adequate security for the items. Our Company may, in its discretion (and in addition to other remedies), cancel any unshipped portion of this order if the buyer fails to make payment in accordance with the terms of this agreement or any collateral agreement or fails to comply with any of its conditions. Any unpaid accounts shall remain the responsibility of the buyer.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

Once an order has been accepted by our company, neither goods nor orders may be returned or cancelled without first contacting our company's customer care. Except in cases where Our Company has been shown to have given the item in mistake, cut to size products and custom orders cannot be returned. Freight costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES

The sale, handling, or use of the products, or any other cause related to them, shall not subject our company to any liability for incidental or consequential losses, damages, or costs, whether direct or indirect. In any case, including claims of warranty breaches or negligence, Our Company's liability is solely limited, at Our Company's option, to the replacement of goods that do not meet this agreement's requirements, the repayment of, or crediting Buyer with, an amount equal to the purchase price of such goods, the repair of the goods, or the arrangement for their repair.

The goods will be redelivered to our company in accordance with our company's instructions if our company requests the return of the items. The buyer's exclusive recourse against Our Company for violation of any commitment, including any warranty-related or other duties, is as set forth in this paragraph. The remedies set out below shall be deemed met if Our Company attempts in a good faith manner to remedy any breach.
