Refunds that are late or not issued at all
Check your bank account one more time if you haven't gotten a return yet. After your refund has been properly posted, get in touch with your credit card provider. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period. Please email support if you've done all of this and you still have not gotten your refund.

Please be aware that delays in customs processing or additional delivery times to other parts of the world are outside of our control.
International Customs Fees
You are solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, taxes, and other supplementary expenses related to your international transaction. They are not covered by the order price or delivery charge. If you are unclear about the appropriate taxes and customs duties that are pertinent to your transaction, we advise getting in touch with your local customs office. All additional taxes and customs fees that are incurred when shipping your item are not our responsibility. We don't give money back for these expenses. If a consumer rejects an order because of customs duties, the package will be kept until the fees are paid, at which point it will be abandoned. For how an abandoned order is handled, we have no responsibility.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packed and departs our warehouse, allowing you to follow the progress of its delivery.
Refund policy
Cancellation
Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be given to you. As soon as the goods has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the purchase.
Returns (if applicable)
Products may be returned to us. Consumers have a 14-day window following the delivery of the merchandise to request a return. Your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packaging. We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return. Do not return your purchase to the merchant or our transit station, please.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will email you a receipt message after your return has been received and is being examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. After a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
