GIFTS
You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was labelled as a gift when it was purchased and sent to you directly. You will get a gift voucher in the mail when the returned item has been received. We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later.
SHIPPING
The expense of your own postage when returning an item is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund, if you get one. The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive will depend on where you reside. Do not send anything back to the address provided on our website; instead, request the return address by contacting our customer care.

My tracking number does not work.
It may take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to show up in the system of the shipping company. On rare occasions, the shipping company may misplace an order. Please get in touch with the shipping company if, after a few days, the tracking number is still inoperative.
With a late order, I require assistance.
