POSITIONING RULES
Time for Shipping Processing
Within two to three business days of receipt, all orders are processed. From Friday at noon Central time through Monday at noon Central time, as well as on US holidays, orders are not processed or shipped. Shipments can be a few days late if we are dealing with a high volume of orders. We will call or email you if there is a substantial delay with your shipment.
Time Added to Manufacturing for "Made to Order" Products
Products and party supplies must be produced 7 to 14 days before shipment since they are manufactured to order. It might take up to 30 days to send goods internationally.
Shipping costs and projected delivery times
Your order's shipping costs will be computed and shown to you at checkout. Depending on the size, weight, and number of products in your order, we have delivery alternatives with varied rates. These goods must be shipped at specific rates because they are regulated. You will be required to pay the shipping costs as they are specified in order to get access to regulated items.
Sending packages to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
APO/FPO/DPO locations, PO Boxes, and addresses located in US Territories are not eligible for CannaGlobe shipping.
Delivery Verification and Order Monitoring
Once your order has shipped, you will get a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Within 24 hours, the tracking number will become operational.
Damages
CannaGlobe disclaims responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Please file a claim with the shipping company if your product arrived damaged. Before making a claim, keep all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Unreliable shipping addresses
We make every effort to verify the mailing address entered at checkout to make sure the USPS will accept it as a valid address. If the address cannot be verified, we will make an effort to get in touch with the consumer to request a revised address. The order will be cancelled and reimbursed if we are unable to change the address. If the consumer gives us the incorrect mailing address and we are unable to reclaim the goods, CannaGlobe will not be held liable.
Return to Sender or Refuse Delivery
If the recipient refuses delivery or returns it to the sender, we will not give a refund. If the delivery procedure is properly tracked and it indicates that delivery was denied, we will not provide a refund. We provide a liberal return and refund policy, which must be adhered to. We won't give you a refund or ship the item back to you if you refuse delivery or return it to the sender.
Delivery Assurance
You agree that any delivery confirmation supplied by the shipping carrier is regarded as acceptable proof of delivery to the cardholder, even in the absence of a signature, because there are several circumstances that may arise at your delivery location that are beyond our control.
Shipments that are lost or stolen
Please contact us right away if you didn't get your item despite the delivery company reporting that it had been delivered. You must submit a claim to the shipping company. If we decide that action is required, local law enforcement will be involved. When the investigation is finished and while we are awaiting the investigation's findings, we will consider replacing your order. 90 days are allowed for the study.
