Cancellation
Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the goods have already been delivered.
Returns (if appropriate)
Products may be returned to us. Consumers have a 14-day window following the delivery of the merchandise to request a return.
