Billing and account information accuracy
Any order you place with us may be rejected by us at our discretion. We have the right to restrict or revoke the number of purchases made per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders made using the same credit card, the same billing address, the same shipping address, or orders made by or under the same customer account. If we need to amend or cancel a purchase, we may try to reach you at the email address, billing address, or phone number you gave us when you placed the transaction. Orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors may be restricted or prohibited.
INDEMNIFICATION
Hiara and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees are protected from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY
The unenforceable portion of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions to the maximum degree permitted by applicable law. Any other remaining clauses' legality and enforceability will not be impacted by this decision.
Refunds and cancellations are also possible.
You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy. Returns are only accepted in these situations. What you really received is not what you ordered. The item you received has substantial damage. The order was placed more than 40 days ago, yet the item still hasn't arrived. The colour is the wrong shade. Items sent back to us without first obtaining a refund won't be accepted.
Damages and issues

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Items that are perishable (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom (such as customised orders or customised items), and personal care products (such as beauty products) cannot all be returned. Gases, volatile liquids, and dangerous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns regarding a particular item, do get in touch.
Exchanges
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to ensuring that you receive what you want.
Refunds
Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund is granted. Your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed if accepted. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need some time to process and deposit the refund.
