Reviews and comments
Except as otherwise specified elsewhere in this Agreement or on the site, everything you submit, post, or give to bookkhair.com (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to an irrevocable licence of the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights in the entry). You may not claim to be someone you are not, use a fraudulent email address, or otherwise fool bookkhair.com or other users as to the source of any Submissions or Content. For whatever reason, bookkhair.com is free to alter or remove any submissions (including comments and reviews), but it is not required to do so.
User account
Each client is restricted to setting up a single registered account by default for reasons of safety and security. Bookkhair has the right to immediately terminate accounts for those who attempt to establish multiple accounts. Both parties acknowledge that after order dispatch, the third-party logistics provider shall be solely responsible for transportation. At this point, the buyer has complete ownership of the product(s); he or she is also responsible for any associated responsibility and transportation-related hazards.
Customers are required to submit true and correct information in compliance with customs requirements. All payer names, addresses, and consignee names must be accurate. To clear the delivery or verify the payment, several nations ask the consignee to provide their passport or ID. Customers are solely accountable for the data's correctness when providing it to us. Order Acceptance

Payment Terms
The discount only applies to the material's invoiced value (not to taxes or freight charges). If the buyer's financial situation merits it, as judged by our organisation, we have the right to demand upfront payment or adequate security for the items. Our firm may, at its discretion and in addition to other remedies, cancel any unshipped portion of this order if the buyer fails to make payment in accordance with the terms of this agreement or any collateral agreement or fails to comply with any of its conditions. All unpaid accounts shall remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Taxes and import/export licences
Taxes are excluded from prices. Unless the customer presents a legitimate exemption certificate recognised by the taxation authorities or unless our company is barred by law from collecting said taxes from the buyer, taxes are paid by the buyer upon receipt of an invoice from our company. A licence for import or export must be obtained by the buyer.
Return of products
15 days are allowed for returns of goods. Those with sizing issues and items with quality issues can be replaced. Freight costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on where you are, we ship internationally from several fulfilment centres, which affects the shipping time. The typical shipping period is between seven and fifteen business days. After your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be updated three to seven days later.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
Only the first 12 hours after an order has been placed may we cancel it.
